needed to log in a few more miles this weekend
decided to explore the kim williams nature trail - just past the university by the river.
it was really pretty and quiet...but a snowy path!
i headed out one direction from the car and ran mostly snow trails (which was 3.5mi out, then back) then stopped back at the car and changed to my regular running shoes and logged 2.4mi more before calling it a day.
if i'm adventurous (and daring enough) i'll try and run that route twice to log 14miles.

i don't think i've ever trained this seriously before.
what's a SoCal girl doing running in the snow?!
