oh my!

probably at least 30 degrees colder than running at home (sometimes it's in the 40's when we start our run)

last year on this day, i headed up sentinel for the first time. 

i thought about it for today, but my yaktrax hadn't come in yet (they will actually arrive later in the day) so i opted just for the kim williams trail

 train passing by just as i turned around at the 3.5mi point

 henry villarreal made me this cheesecake.  yummy.
i brought it all the way to montana and we enjoyed it while here.
