went on a hike this morning with christina and two other boy scout dads. we went to a state park by crystal cove. it took us about 3 1/2 hours for a 7.74mi hike. they wanted to check out the campsites for a future hike with the boys that need to practice for their grand canyon trip.

it was all pretty desert-y with the dead brush and stuff all around, but nice nonetheless.
i don't know if i'm cut out for hiking. my toe-sies hurt from the steep climb in the beginning.
