after matt rode the tube, dashiell was ready for one with matthew.unfortunately the boat wouldn't start...
you can barely see matt's feet in the picture...they waited for a little while on the tube while grandpa tried to fix it.

we tried to paddle back to shore, but it was too difficult.
some good samaritans came on by and helped tow us back
and the nice neighbor even came out to help get the boat back in, too~
