we let the kids each build their own lego mini (3 for $9.99 worked out well PLUS our 20% discount all day long for passes ;-P)

sooo...dashiell was able to earn a reward of going to legoland this weekend after being good at school 4 out of the 5 days of school.  what a treat!  lucky for us, it only rained on saturday; so when we went on sunday, it was a nice day!

 we didn't realize it was a sign-up thing only; so at about noon, he was able to sign up for the 3:30 workshop.
