me trying to get a decent picture of myself...not quite working.

 lily's back from the restroom (at the hyatt!)
decided to run the santa clarita 1/2 with her today as a spur of the moment run...

here we are, still nice and clean and looking ready to go

 it was a beautiful day, with great race support, lots of shade, and really enjoyable company!

not bad for having run one last weekend, too!
it was a PR for lily, whose previous PR was 2:28 or something crazy like that.  she totally should've been running faster.

 2hrs+ later...and we are sweaty and tired!
