this time i ventured past the end of the kim williams trail -- which led to a path adjacent to some RR tracks...

but i didn't think it was wise to run alone...

so i promptly turned around after 1/4 mile...

 then i ran a bit further past the car, but adjacent to the clark fork river (behind me)

 and ended up next to a baseball field, that seemed to still have some construction going on, which caused the trail to end.  steve said it was for the osprey, a minor league team.
in the picture below, if you look carefully, you can see the M up behind me.
