woke up at 3:30am to get this race on!

 still dark just before the race starts at 5:30

and a new PR!

 whew!  i was HOT even though it was really cool weather

 still resting/stretching on the ground...

 finally headed out to get our gear bag and find derek

 here's my bib and medal! =D

totally started out too fast.

did not run as smart as i could have this race.

next time!

the early start (compared to the half marathon start time) made this race SOOOO much nicer than the half marathon...which is waaayy crowded.
