today was a pretty great mother's day for me.
started out with a nice 5.5mi run with pascale, then we headed out to breakfast at mimi's.
we were able to go pick up matthew first, so we were all together for breakfast!
everyone ate well and enjoyed their meal.
i even got some presents from all the boys, too! (pics on other camera to follow)
they even made some sugar cookies and spelled out
happy mother's day for me.
derek made me some fondue cheese and crackers for a light lunch, while i putzed around the house. we played one of brennan's games that he received for his birthday (lucas oil motorcross) and then i even took a nice long nap after my glass of wine. ;-)
woke up, and decided to take my car to get it washed. it'd been looking pretty dingy after the drive up to monterey/sf and then down to carlsbad. after i got back, mom and i went out to sushi world together for mom's day (and to use a groupon that was going to expire)
i wanted to update brennan's tooth growth. the fifth tooth that he lost (to the left (your left, as you read and look at the pic) of the top big front tooth that is emerging is not coming out yet. i think it needed to fall out to make room for this big front tooth to come out!!
