Oh so many pictures taken today at Shadow of the Giants 50k

This was an amazingly beautiful race, with perfect weather and a shortened course =p

Lilia and I stuck together almost through the entire race.

We even saw a BEAR!

we even had a creek crossing!

 just go right through!  there was no way around it, unfortunately!

no bones about it.  this was a fun race.  lilia i stayed together pretty much the whole way through (except for the very end) and it was so much fun.  

a must do, in my opinion.  i'd definitely go back.  but timing-wise, with the ap reading and the end of the school year, probably not every year.  =)
