it was warm enough again today, so we let the kids play outside for a while.
i think brennan disturbed an ant colony out there, because they started crawling ALL over him (from far away i initially thought he had splattered mud all over his body)...i freaked...they were also crawling all up and into the pool)
last week dashiell slammed the door shut on brenny's finger...i knew it was bad, but i didn't really realize that he got the nail. a few days ago i noticed because it was full of pus, and red and sore. now it looks as if the whole thing is going o fall off. =( poor thingdashiell has said 'sorry' countless times by now, but still has to be told to not slam doors =/
the rest of bren's nails were too long again, and i tried to cut the hurt one as well. i think it's not hurting much anymore...thank goodness! i cut off as much as i dared, but i could see that it's really not attached at all. i'm hoping it doesn't fall off and completely ruin the growth of that nail~!
