back to the beach for one last time before school starts up.

last night, when i told dashiell that we'd be going to the beach for one last time, he was a bit sad.

he asked, "but will we be able to go again next summer?"

when i told him yes, of course, we can go back every summer if he wanted to...

he let out a "yippee!"

 look what dashiell wrote in the sand for me:

 then of course brennan had to do it too.
but dashiell didn't mind =)

we took a bike ride over to loma park (next to kennedy es) with the boys.

then they played hide and seek for a few rounds.

still working on making sure that they boys ride on the far right hand side of the road and not on the middle yellow line (which is what dashiell wants to do!)
