he was trying to get his internet back online, so i waited about 1/2 hour. oh well.

 this is the weather forecast for this coming weekend in carlsbad.  not good.
reminiscent of a could've been soaking wet LA marathon last year...
this time it's the carslbad marathon.  i sure hope it doesn't really rain.  or at least not a lot.
