i ran a small race put on by rocket racing called the 'free don run half' today to fulfill my half or a full marathon every month for the month of july

2:10, which wasn't bad for not truly trying and having a hilly second half.

 took the kids to the park with the splash pool
but it was a bit cloudy and thus kind of cool

 brennan was feeling cold

 so we opted to play on the playground for a while instead.
