 whew! hot and sweaty from the playground.
but they still wanted to ride the carousel (of course)!

 derek and i took off to go have some dinner...but it wasn't open yet, so we stopped in at tamarack brewery and we tried their craft beer sampler.
hmm.  never really enjoyed beer much, so we thought we'd try to see if it just hadn't been the right kind of beer.
i think i only liked (and i use that term loosely, mind you) two of them.
the rest sat unfinished, with only 2 sips...
oh well!

 much clearer view out tonight.
