went on a 14mi run with pascale this morning.  

first time out since the LA marathon...i was surprised how hard it was to run the hilly trails.  =/

 later, after a bunch of errands (and lunch! at oodles of noodles) with mom, came home to see the boys playing outside.  it's as if it were summer already!
well, with temps in the mid-80s, it might as well be, huh?
