saddleback trail half today with my diva friends, heather and lilia.
they both came from the westside, so they met here at our house, and i drove us out to lake elsinore
it was a scorcher out there again.
thank goodness the 3 of us were only running the half and not the full
the full was to go through 'holy jim' which is supposedly a really nice, cool trail
i've been wanting to try northern cafe because i heard they had good beef noodle soup (taiwanese-style)
nope. it wasn't near as good as liang's kitchen at all.
their beef pancake was good...different...thinner wrapper. too many green onions though...
but their fish in spicy bean paste was very good.
