it was very difficult. he needed to have it not just with the topical cream to numb him, but he injection for local.
the first one popped right out, the second one a little bit of pressure.
the third was was really tough. it was the one in the front, blocking the permanent tooth from emerging. it still had the root. i've never seen a tooth extracted like that. i had to to hold it together and not pass out!
it ended up bleeding quite a bit afterwards, but he was a trooper.
