home depot day with the boys

 then a haircut before lunch...
dashiell was actually very good, and not grumpy, despite what this picture looks like.
he is just so serious.
he did enjoy being able to see himself in the mirror when she turned him around.

 up until brennan got his haircut, he wanted to sit on daddy's lap.  however, we were able to convince him to sit on his own.
it was GREAT!
he has come so far!  from screaming and crying 3 years ago, to this!

 he kept getting ticklish when alyssa used the clippers on him

 afterwards, we headed to bk, which was right down the street.
they both ate super-well, and were treated to an ice cream cone by daddy.
look how dashiell chose to eat his cone.
have you seen anyone do that before?!

 brennan enjoyed his as well.

 all home, and sitting on our new swing with daddy!
