matt's first game in high school football
it was pretty rough.
clearly the other kids on his team are inexperienced (he's got the most experience of probably all the other freshmen combined -- or close to it).
we lost...i think it was either 49-0 or 58-0
i sort of lost count. it was 28-0 at the end of the first quarter and 35-0 at the half. =(
he played a good game personally, no bad snaps at all, and held the line as best as he could without much support from those next to him.
