beautiful morning for a 20 mile run down the riverbed to the beach!

pascale had never actually run all the way down to the end before, so this was new for her, and she commented, 'omg!  it's so pretty down here!'  =)

 later in the afternoon, brenny and i were outside enjoying the gorgeous (although a little cool) november weather.
umm, but you can tell that it's still pretty nice because he's wearing shorts!
but i, on the other hand (although no photo proof is available) am wearing capris, a short sleeved shirt, and a jacket!  i also sat on the grass with a blanket over me to be a little warmer.  ;-)

 he wanted a silly picture, too.
of course.

 later on, i needed to prove to pascale that my hair is just not fit to be braided.
my hair was still damp since it was tied up in a clip for maybe 3-4 hours (kind of french twisted and clipped up).  so it came out better than if it were totally dry hair.
most people have ponytails or braids the size of just ONE of my braids.  i have a couple more to go with them...
i took the braids out immediately and reclipped my hair up.  O.o
