team mom messaged and emailed me (and note that only me and the mom of this other boy got the message; it wasn't a mass email to the whole team) letting me know he and another boy would be catcher today. so of course, i let brennan know. then 1st two innings the other boy was catcher. so i tell him, oh it must be your turn the next 2 innings.
then i notice that someone else is getting geared up. what?! so i wait another inning. 4th inning, and a new boy is getting geared up. so i say something to her, and she says to me that oh, it's a mistake. he wasn't supposed to catch today; he was supposed to only be backup. so it was her mistake and she was really sorry. she tried asking the kid who was geared up (4th inning) if brennan could catch instead -- of course he said no. he was already all suited up! then she just said sorry, and that was it.
UGH! second thing that she has done to frustrate me to no end.
first time was when she told parents to show up for team pictures at a certain time. but then come to find out, she told us parents a time 30 min BEFORE our actual time (so that we wouldn't be late). but of course we get there early (or rather derek did, because this was the day of the LA marathon, so i couldn't be there) by about 15 minutes, only to find out that it wasn't even going to happen for another 45 minutes!
