halfway through our 20mi run this morning.

we even left at 5am to try to miss most of the heat.

it was pretty darned hot on the run home.  

 derek and i went to eat at chennai tiffins (we had a groupon)
this was their special ravva masala dosa with lots of different chutney from their chutney bar (my fav was the bottom left one - tomato chutney)

then we followed dinner with a move -- we saw guardians of the galaxy
