gorgeous day today, with a nice ocean breeze for most of the run.  it didn't really get too hot until after we were done, so i was glad we only signed up for the half and not the full =p

although i had to fall back while running with pascale (around mile 7 or so?) i kept within 2min of her.

they had mini-size clif bars, bananas, watermelon, bagels, and pineapple for the post race goodies.  pascale and i went back for seconds on the pineapple (which was the only thing we ate)! 

 the two pics in the collage don't do the beautiful day justice.  the sky was just as blue as the pic above, but it was just too washed out by the sun.  =(
