derek doesn't like my collages =(
but i'm going to make them anyways.
took fewer pictures today because he commented how there were just too many.
haven't been back here since the one time (or was it 2?) that i came when brenny wasn't even a year old yet. we hadn't moved back into the house yet. i think we came once while i was on leave, then again in the summer.
- location: 4.5 stars (close, but very little parking)
- fun-factor: 4 stars (finally, a see saw! mulch on the ground, and even a dedicated sand circle)
------------------------
i signed the boys up for the 'little one's hour' at heritage
the theme was 'happy trails'; it's a 2-hr drop off program
they made little binoculars and went around the park looking at different things (which dashiell said later one of them was dried poop! ew.)
after i dropped them off and drove home, i realized that this was the first time ever that i had left brenny anywhere without family. he was hesitant to walk into the room at first, but once dashiell was in the room, he went in willingly. he also wore his name badge, too, once i showed him that it had his name on it!
apparently he was fine. when i picked them up, they were both wrestling with emily (student from last year, who met bren when i brought him in once at the end of the year for 6th per). she said she was exhausted!
