so here's my new 20" imac on my desk at school (pardon the mess). we ordered 95 of them, and spent yesterday setting them up in all the teacher classrooms. i'm actually excited about this!
sad part is, my macbookpro hasn't come in yet. not sure where it is.

haha. so it kind of looks like i just took a picture of the dark. but it's really the moon.
i read in the paper yesterday that at 3am we'll be able to see a lunar eclipse. i happened to wake up at 2:34am, and got up to see where the moon was. i had to go into matthew's room, but the trees were in the way. plus it was still a bit early. so i laid back down. at about 10 till 3, i got up and went outside to look. wasn't quite sure if i 'd even be able to get a picture. it sort of works.
i didn't think a picture of it right at 3am would be good either. all black!? so this is what i settled for.
i've never seen one before either.

okay. not really a picture i took. i scanned it...but i could have taken a picture of it.
i HAD to include this. this was matthew's spelling test from last friday, which we got back today. he got a perfect 20 on the pretest (all the basic words) so he instead chose his 20 words to be the bonus challenge. look at how tough some of those words are!!!

it was so nice and warm after matthew got out of school this afternoon, we thought we'd all take a dip in the pool to cool down.
