i've been able to get dashiell to sleep on his own for a few days now because i was sick.
i convinced him that sleeping next to me would get him sick (and therefore a trip to the doctor was implied) he did try to tell me that he would sleep with his mouth closed so that none of the germs would get to him.
brennan has really taken a liking to sleeping in this corner of his bed. almost every night, that's where i find him.
