signed up to run 'conquer the bridge' with some school friends

we ran over the vincent thomas bridge in san pedro--5.3mi only

 it was another hot day (started at 8am) and i started to feel super hot again before mile 2...lasted about 20-30 minutes...was able to run the remaining 1+mi or so eventually when i wasn't feeling so hot...

am i, could i, really be peri-menopausal already??  

*sigh* another thing i have to deal with...

a little bit of last minute jigsaw puzzling before heading off to bed
