Headed out to the Ray Miller Trail today, but I didn't last long. Somehow my flat run yesterday made my knee hurt. Badly. =(
So I ran only about 2 miles today and ended up hiking the remaining 6. I was supposed to go out for 14 today, but there was no way I was going to make it in time. I met up with Lilia at Heather's place and we drove up together, so I needed a ride back and couldn't stay out longer than them. =(
