pascale and john picked me up from my hotel to bring me to the start.  i had their bibs, and pascale brought a bottle for me (since i forgot mine at home.  DUH!) so it worked out well.

kelly found me after the race!

 not bad.  i had hoped to be able to run slightly closer to 4:30, but i'll take it.
i haven't run this well in a while.
feels good.

 pretty even splits all along the way.  yes!
