was determined to get myself better to get out for a nice trail run.

the weather was nice and cool most of the way. 

we even saw a couple of coyotes before heading down our favorite trail.

 matt's team played against magnolia today.
tough game.  matthew struck out, walked, and then had a nice hit out into deep left field.  (could've been caught, but wasn't!)

 then we went out to eat dinner at souplantation!

 headed out to big!lots for the 20% off sale.  mom thought this hat was cute.
i didn't buy it for her.  =p

then i caught up on the 2nd episode of sherlock that i feel asleep on last night.  oops!
