starting at shady canyon...heading to the nix center...and out up big bend towards crystal cove
shanon and i set out for a 23 mi run today, but i could only make it to 18
it was sooo hot.
we übered it back to the car from the nix center after 18mi.
i was kind of disappointed in not being able to run what we planned, but i was starting to feel dizzy and faint, which was not good at all.
