i helped out with a snail's pace running academy today and helped pace (from left to right, excluding me): james, nicole and valerie
james and nicole had never run 16mi before, and james and valerie are training for the marathon.
james has his first, surf city, coming up on super bowl sunday.
they did AWESOME!
