 long, flat beach run with the divas today
tried to keep with esther to prepare for the OC marathon in 5 weeks
it was hot.
i was tired.
this was hard.

 bye-bye matthew!!
they are headed off to hawaii on their weeklong adventure!!

 mom and i headed out to red robin so that i could use my free burger for my birthday month
we watch KU (lose, sadly) on tv and enjoyed a couple of drinks, too!

 brennan worked on his stretches for gymnastics, like his coach told him to do!
