back at carbon canyon/chino hills state park again!

this time we had a shorter run, 10mi, as part of our taper.  

we'd been running long miles most weekends since...well, for a while.

we even saw some deer while out!

 later in the afternoon, the boys played with ellen and sophia outside.
actually, it really was only brennan and sophia (or is it ellen?!  darn!  i can't remember which is which) for 3 hours.

 so i tried to make myself useful in those 3 hours...but then i managed to knock an empty box off one of the shelves, and it bounced into my face.  it scratched me above the eye.  nice job, cin.

 swelled up a bit, but scooby helped.  it ended up with small scar/scratch the next morning.
