we went back to griffith park today for a 10k
there was a special medal for completing the double --
the 'hollywood rockstar trail series'
(it's the purple medal with the pretty ribbon)

 interestingly enough, i wasn't really sore from yesterday's 1/2, but after this run, i was kind of sore.  =/
we had post-race subway breakfast sandwiches as well as oj.
yummy!

 then there was this really pretty, interesting tree right by the parking lot

YAY!

 dashiell had a game later that afternoon
hitless (although he was hit by a pitch) today  =(
need to practice more, i think!
