we had a busy day today.  went to legoland, and it wasn't busy at all!

 dashiell's car creation, that he said he was able to come in 1st place with quite a few times in a row! =D

 it's the life-size lego x-wing fighter!
wow!  matthew was sufficiently impressed by this one.

 dinner at islands grill before heading home.

however, coming home ended up in sadness.
our little maui girl passed away tonight.

 she's now buried in our backyard.
