ok, so now finally it's been officially diagnosed as ECZEMA, DYSHIDROTIC
a few years ago i went to the doctor and he prescribed me lotrimin, thinking it was fungal. uh, no. not fungal. so i had an appointment for today already set to see about my back...and this popped uplate sunday. i figured, perfect! i can show dr. singh.
so she says that it's apparently not that uncommon, and not much i can do. but i do have a steroid cream now that's supposed to help. googling the condition led me to many other pictures that are much, much worse. only go look if you dare.
[side note: upon looking up some more info on this, mayoclinic.org states that it is an "uncommon skin condition". hmm. typo or not? oh well. will have to see how the cream works.]
