inaugural sunset strip 1/2 today

made myself the deal that i wouldn't run any faster than necessary today.

the course time limit is 3 hours, so i just want to make sure i finish before that

 i did it!  2:47, which is only 2 minutes slower than my very first half marathon in 2006.  wow.
had a number of comments on my lime green outfit today =p
it's fun to match and coordinate the outfit

met half fanatic, amador along the route.  such a great guy!
he was just ahead of me at the end, and although i pushed hard the last 2 miles, i couldn't quite catch up.  he waited for me on the side!
