Brenny slept in Matt's bed last night.  So cute!

Went out to Pasadena to hear Keira and James talk about How to Run 100 Miles. 

Watched a video about Conservación Patagonica, which was amazing.  

Inspirational! 

Not running a 100miler or anything, but could definitely use some training for the run in Elkhorn, if I choose to run it.

Brennan wanted to run one mile again today.  I tried to get him to take a rest day, but he didn't listen!  He was sad when I first said no. 

He whined a bit and wanted to walk/stop, but I didn't let him.  We just slowed down.  He did well despite the complaining. Then he was happy he didn't walk or stop.  :)

Shortly after, he was sucking on his toes.

He was enjoying it, it was so gross.
