today was the paramount ranch trails, put on by our coach, keira henniger
i chose to run the 30k today (yellow bibs). lilia, in blue (white bib) is running the marathon.

i really contemplated one loop...then only two...but managed to run al three
there was a small creek crossing with a semi-wobbly plank.
whee!
so this is apparently an old movie lot set, for paramount studios...
not sure if they still film there at all, but it's pretty cool looking!
finally at home, resting and wearing my new shirt (umm, that's a bit tight)
