 today i decided to run a bit more (had initially thought 13, but didn't make it).  i ran 10.66 instead.
after getting back to the car at mile 7, i went back to the car and actually removed my long sleeve thermal top that's under my jacket.  ran the other direction (less trail, more paved path)
